Refund & Returns Policy

Digital products

We sell digital products (ebooks and similar files). Because a digital book is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once delivered, all sales are generally final once the book has been delivered to you. Please read product descriptions, formats, and any sample carefully before buying.

EU/UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content, this right is lost once delivery has begun, where you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the file, you give that consent and acknowledgement. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded a title, you may still withdraw within 14 days by emailing shop@legendsandlorepublishing.com.

When we will replace or refund

We want you to be able to read what you bought. We will gladly help — with a replacement or a refund — if:

• the file is defective or corrupt and cannot be read;
• you received the wrong title or wrong format;
• you were charged in error or charged more than once; or
• you cannot access or download your purchase after reasonable troubleshooting with us or with BookFunnel support.

What is not eligible

Outside the situations above, refunds are not available for: changing your mind after the book has been delivered; not enjoying the story; purchasing a title you already owned; or device or app incompatibility that can be resolved (BookFunnel supports Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books, Google Play Books, and in-app reading).

Pre-orders

You may request a refund of a pre-ordered title at any time before it is delivered on its release date. Once a pre-order has been delivered, the standard digital-product terms above apply.

How to request help or a refund

Email shop@legendsandlorepublishing.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — we can almost always fix it faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in the loss of access to purchased files.
